Strategix Insights is a partnership firm located at 61 Shyam Business Park, Aslali Check Post Cir, Near H.P. (Satsangi) Petrol Pump, Lambha, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382445, India. By using this website or enrolling for services, you acknowledge these terms. Service delivery is also subject to the applicable signed client agreement.

We provide personalized career consulting and managed job-search services. Depending on the agreed scope, services may include one-to-one career mentorship; job-ready preparation; resume writing, rebuilding or optimization; ATS and role-specific tailoring; LinkedIn and professional profile optimization; career and job-market positioning; opportunity research; high-volume job-search and application support where suitable roles are available; application management and tracking; recruiter or employer follow-ups; interview scheduling support; professional communication guidance; interview preparation; mock interview support; career strategy; offer-stage support; and placement support.

Website descriptions are general. Service scope and application activity vary by candidate, market availability and agreement. The client agreement identifies the actual services and authorizations included for an individual candidate.

Enrollment is complete only when the required agreement and authorizations are accepted. Clients must provide accurate, current and complete information; review materials when requested; identify target roles and preferences; remain reasonably available; disclose interviews, offers and employment outcomes relevant to the agreement; and promptly notify us of material changes.

Clients must not ask us to misrepresent qualifications, employment history, education, work authorization, salary, identity or any other fact.

Resume and profile work is based on client-supplied information and professional judgment. The client remains responsible for verifying accuracy before use. Optimization is intended to improve clarity and relevance; it does not guarantee automated-system ranking, recruiter response, an interview or employment.

Managed job-search activity is performed only within the agreed authorization. Clients may authorize us to research roles, support or submit applications, track activity, use candidate-dedicated accounts, or communicate through approved channels. Application volume depends on market availability, candidate qualifications, target roles, locations and preferences; no daily volume is guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for platform terms, account ownership and the accuracy of submitted information.

Job portals, LinkedIn, email providers, employers and recruiters are independent third parties. Their availability, terms, decisions, security and actions are outside our control. We may stop an activity that appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe or contrary to a platform rule.

Where authorized, we may support professional follow-ups, application correspondence and scheduling. Interview preparation is advisory and may include mock interviews, behavioral preparation, role-specific practice and post-interview guidance. The candidate participates in interviews and remains responsible for all statements and decisions made to an employer.

Strategix Insights does not employ candidates, control hiring decisions or guarantee a job, placement, interview, offer, salary, sponsorship, employer response or time to employment. Outcomes depend on independent employers, candidate participation, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

For eligible managed-service engagements, Strategix Insights generally does not charge an upfront success fee. If the qualifying success event defined in the signed agreement occurs, the agreed career-services fee becomes payable. The fee may be calculated as a client-specific percentage of annual compensation.

Percentages shown on this website, including examples of 8% or 10%, are illustrative negotiated examples only and are not universal pricing. The agreement defines the success event, compensation basis, fee percentage, currency, notice requirements and payment timing.

Installments may be available when agreed. An installment arrangement changes the timing of payment and does not reduce the total fee unless the signed agreement says otherwise. Clients must make payments by the agreed dates using authorized instructions communicated separately. This website does not process payments or display payment credentials.

Cancellation rights, continuing obligations and any refund depend on the stage of the engagement and the signed agreement. Cancellation before a qualifying employment event will generally stop future service activity after the request is processed. A cancellation after the contractual success event does not automatically remove an accrued fee obligation. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Strategix Insights retains rights in its website, processes, templates, original frameworks and pre-existing materials. Once amounts due under the agreement are paid, the client may use final client-specific resume and profile deliverables for personal career purposes. Clients may not resell, impersonate, misuse, scrape or interfere with the website or our service systems.

You must not use our services to submit false information, access accounts without authority, violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, harass others, evade platform controls or create deceptive applications. We may refuse or suspend instructions that create legal, ethical, security or platform-compliance concerns.

Either party may terminate according to the signed agreement. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, false information, abusive conduct, unsafe instructions, unlawful activity or loss of required authorization. Provisions that by nature continue—such as accrued payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, dispute and liability terms—remain effective.

Please raise concerns promptly through the website contact form or by phone. The parties should first attempt a good-faith resolution using the notice and dispute process in the signed agreement. Any governing-law, forum, arbitration or other formal dispute term stated in that agreement will apply to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strategix Insights is not liable for independent employer decisions, third-party platform outages or actions, job-market conditions, lost opportunities caused by inaccurate or delayed client information, or indirect, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitation in the signed agreement also applies.

We may update website terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes do not retroactively rewrite an executed agreement. If these general website terms conflict with an executed client agreement, the executed agreement controls for that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
