Payment Policy

All service fees arise from an individual signed client agreement. For eligible managed-service engagements, a success-based career-services fee becomes payable only after the qualifying success event defined in that agreement.

The fee may be calculated as an agreed percentage of annual compensation. Any percentage displayed on this website is an illustrative negotiated example, not universal pricing. The agreement defines the applicable percentage, compensation basis, currency, taxes if applicable, timing and other commercial terms.

The total agreed fee may be divided into installments when confirmed in the agreement or an agreed schedule. Installments change payment timing, not the underlying success event or total amount, unless the agreement expressly says otherwise.

Authorized payment methods and instructions are communicated separately to the client when an amount is due. Payment processing may be handled by an approved third-party provider, subject to that provider’s terms and security practices. Clients should use only instructions verified through an authorized Strategix Insights communication channel.

This corporate website contains no checkout, payment link, card form, bank-transfer form, wallet, subscription, invoice-payment page, payment API or webhook. It does not collect card, bank-account or payment credentials. Payment collection is separate from this website.

Strategix Insights may keep lawful business records of invoices, fee calculations, amounts, dates, payment references, status, installments and balances. Third-party processors handle the payment credentials they collect. Do not submit card numbers, security codes, bank credentials or payment passwords through our contact form.
