1. Nature of delivery
Services are delivered remotely and electronically over the agreed engagement period. This may include personalized consultation, one-to-one career mentorship, job-ready preparation, assessment, written materials, research, managed job-search activity, high-volume application support where suitable opportunities are available, tracking, communication guidance and interview preparation.
2. Physical shipping
Strategix Insights does not ordinarily sell or ship physical goods. There is therefore no normal courier, freight, delivery-address or physical-shipping timeline. If an exceptional engagement ever requires a physical item, its delivery terms must be agreed separately before dispatch.
3. Digital materials
Resume drafts, final resumes, profile recommendations, preparation materials and related deliverables may be provided digitally through approved communication or document-sharing channels. Clients should review and verify candidate information before use.
4. Ongoing managed services
Managed job-search, consulting and mentorship services operate over the period stated or contemplated in the signed agreement. They are ongoing professional activities rather than a single shipped product. Timing and application volume depend on candidate readiness, agreed scope, approvals, qualifications, target roles, locations, market availability and third-party platform conditions.
5. Communication channels
Service communication may occur by phone, email, video call, authorized candidate-dedicated accounts, document-sharing tools and approved job or professional platforms. The client must keep agreed contact details current and respond when review, approval or participation is required.
6. Third-party delays
Job portals, recruiters, employers, email providers and video or scheduling platforms are independent services. Their downtime, response time and hiring timelines are outside Strategix Insights’ control and do not constitute a shipping delay.
