No. Resume and profile work can be an important preparation stage, but eligible managed-service engagements go much further into career guidance, job targeting, application execution, tracking, recruiter communication, interview preparation and ongoing strategy.

The approach is shaped around the candidate’s professional background, experience, skills, career objectives, target roles, preferred locations, remote/hybrid/onsite preferences and job-market positioning. The exact scope varies by agreement.

It is direct, practical guidance that may cover career strategy, resume positioning, application strategy, recruiter communication, interviews, offer-stage questions and ongoing support throughout the agreed engagement.

Depending on the agreement, it can include opportunity discovery, application execution using candidate-provided information, application tracking, recruiter follow-ups, interview support and ongoing adjustment of targeting, positioning or application strategy.

Not unconditionally. For applicable managed job-search engagements, the team can target 100+ relevant applications per active search day when enough suitable opportunities match the candidate’s profile and preferences. Market availability, qualifications, roles and locations may result in fewer appropriate openings, and relevance is not sacrificed to reach a number.

No. We do not guarantee a job, placement, interview, salary, sponsorship, offer, employer response or any other employment outcome. Employers make all hiring decisions independently.

Strategix Insights generally does not charge an upfront success fee for eligible managed-service engagements. Your individual signed agreement states the applicable terms.

The success-based career-services fee becomes payable only when the qualifying success event defined in the signed client agreement occurs.

It may be calculated as an agreed percentage of annual compensation. The percentage and compensation definition vary by client agreement; examples such as 8% or 10% are not universal pricing.

Installments may be agreed. Any installment amount, schedule, due date and related obligation must be confirmed in the client agreement or an agreed payment schedule.

No. Strategix Insights is not the employer, recruiter of record or hiring authority. Employers independently control screening, interviews, offers and employment decisions.

The scope can include the consulting, mentorship, preparation, managed execution and support described on our Services page. The individual agreement identifies which services and authorizations apply to a particular candidate.

Cancellation rights and financial obligations depend on timing and the signed agreement. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy and submit a request through the contact form or by phone.
